Over 37 years I've developed tools that demonstrably generate the results you need from your sales team. My system keeps your key selling resources focused on growing new sources of revenue. When I'm involved, I don't allow focus to fade from the efforts required to identify and reach prospective customers. I guide your people in the field to focus on moving engagements through a specific series of steps that lead to purchase orders. And twice monthly I conduct performance reviews with your sales team, with your sales managers in attendance, to help them overcome obstacles and stay focused on getting to the quoting and booking stages. Action items are generated to be executed by the reps as well as operations personnel. My clients consistently see 20% or more of their bookings being generated by new, targeted accounts.

Hired, trained and managed the sales organization that grew the company from $17MM in 1980 to $420MM. Developed and managed all systems and procedures for customer service, technical service and sales and marketing for the company. Particularly focused on New Business Development that added $80MM in new business between 1996 and 2006.

Director, International Sales and Marketing: Winchester
April 1977 - October 1979 (2 years 7 months)
Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Winchester firearms and ammunition in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Managed all direct sales and distributors. Directed all marketing including direct mail, advertising and premium programs.

Thesis was an experimental Heads Up display for automotive applications which in 1969 was just in the R & D phase. The proposition was that reaction time would be substantially reduced thus help prevent accidents. Today this technology is commonplace in high end autos.
